A: You can usually terminate the service 3 months before the new billing period starts. Contact our Customer Support and send the termination request in writing.
Q: I have cancelled the service, does the Smartvatten device need to be returned?
A: Yes, the device needs to be returned. We will arrange for a pick-up of the device. If termination occurs, we will contact you first about returning the device.
