Why don’t I see new data in the API right away?

Data in the Smartvatten API is typically available with a 3-hour delay. This delay is expected, as the data needs to be processed, validated, and uploaded before it becomes available through the API.

If a reading is collected at 11:00 UTC, it will typically be available in the API by 14:00 UTC.

Please note that all timestamps in the Smartvatten API are provided in UTC.

If data has not appeared after more than 4 hours, there may be an issue with the device or connection.
