To generate the PDF report, we need a water meter reading from the last and the first day of the month. If you are not able to download the report, it might be due to an interruption in the reading. If you have tried downloading the report, our Support team has already been informed, and they are trying to fix the data. You can try downloading the report again after a couple of days. You can also contact our customer support, and we will investigate and, if possible, send you a report.
