One of the most commonly use ESG certifications amongst our customers is the BREEAM certification. Of course, having the Smartvatten service active in your building is a way to score more points towards your total, and possibly achieving a higher level.

There are several categories within the Water Management (WAT) section of BREEAM where we contribute points to with Smartvatten. In total, the Water Management section accounts up to 5% of the total score of the BREEAM Assessment.

By installing Smartvatten, there is a few categories that you immediately score all available points for, for example on WAT07 (Leak detection), when Smartvatten is active in your premise, you will get 4 points on this category.

In other categories, Smartvatten can help you achieve a better score even more. Often, this is dependent on the asset and the particular situation. Smartvatten can advise you how to get more efficient in your water usage and how you can set up a water management strategy. This strategy is the key to a better future, and a better score on your ESG assessment.
