Less than 10 l/min (residential building)

• Inspect all common area’s water fixtures for leaks within 1 business day. If no leaks are found, a notice should be distributed to all apartments asking residents to report the leaks and inform them of a possible apartment tour after 2 weeks.

• If no leaks are found after 2 weeks and no notifications have been received from the residents, an apartment tour should be made, and the leaks will be repaired.

• If no leaks have been found in the apartments within 4 weeks, contact a leak detector with the special techniques to identify the leak in the piping system.
