If you're not getting your monthly reports, that can mean several things. Your email address may not be registered to receive them, or you might have accidentally unsubscribed. That's easily fixed. Get in touch with us, and we'll make sure you'll receive the reports again. And we can of course send out the reports you've missed retroactively.
Another possibility is that there's data missing for the month. If there's more than 12 hours in the month missing from the meter's data, it registers as incomplete, and the report won't be sent. In that case, we can investigate why those hours are missing, to make sure the issue is fixed for next month's report. Get in touch with us to address the problem or find out its current status. By now, we should have already contacted you or gotten in touch with the property directly to get this fixed.
