If a leak remains undetected after inspecting common areas and doing a maintenance tour, you can narrow down the leak area using water valves. Close each valve for at least an hour; the leak behind a closed valve will disappear from the Hub's consumption view. It’s best to close the valves at night when water usage is minimal. If this method fails, hire a professional leak detection service to pinpoint the leak accurately within the piping system.
