You can share access to a specific property's information with someone in the online portal. After logging in, you see a list of your properties on the main page. Click on the little icon in the far-left column next to the property you're looking for. In the window that pops up, enter the email address of the person you're sharing access with. They'll be notified of your invitation by email, after which they'll have read-only access to the property's information. You can revoke their access in the same window. If someone needs access to multiple locations or you want to add several people, get in touch with us and we'll take care of it for you.
